Shipping Information & Policy

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE BELOW SHIPPING INFORMATION

1) Please ensure that you remain contactable at the provided email address and contact number. The delivery firm may
 contact you for information (e.g. missing information / personal or company tax number, etc). We will not be liable for additional costs incurred for re-delivery / holding charges.  
 

2) Please ensure that all products you have ordered are eligible for import into your country, to your address, without restrictions. Different import rules and regulations exists for each country. We will not be responsible for international shipments once they leave our facility. No refunds will be made if the item is confiscated at customs or not delivered. Please ensure that your address can be delivered normally by couriers and is a non-restricted area.


3) All import duty and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipments are based on DDU terms. Shipments may require a VAT/Tax ID/EORI number. If applicable, please enter your VAT/TAX ID/EORI number in the customer reference field during checkout to avoid customs delays. Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or missing VAT/Tax ID/EORI number may not be refunded or will only be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges.


4) You may also consider contacting us to request for a shipping quote.  This will allow us to provide you with a more accurate shipping rate and duration. Shipping durations are estimates only. We will be unable to provide a refund should the delivery arrive early or late. We may upgrade your shipping option without prior notice. We are not liable for any shipping delays. All shipping durations are estimates only. Should there be a requirement for a top up, or should there be an issue with shipping out your order, we may contact you. Please remain contactable at your mobile / email. You may contact us for a more accurate shipping duration estimate. You may also refer to the below table for the estimated shipping durations. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if there is a requirement to change the shipping rates.

5) By default, due to the nature of these goods, orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please note that all requests are on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to reject any claims.

​​​​Above estimates of shipping durations from Singapore to the destination country. The duration will take longer if your location is not near the city or an easily accessible location. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays which may occur in Singapore, transit countries, recipient's country or delays arising from customs, brokers or delivery firms. We seek your understand if there is a delay in international delivery, but rest assured that our team will always put our best effort in selecting a courier which will provide timely deliveries. Please contact us should you have any shipping queries.

​You may choose to arrange your own courier or forwarder / have us send the order to a forwarder address in Singapore. We are only able to ship to major cities and standard delivery address. We cannot deliver to a PO box. We are unable to ship to restricted areas by law or geography. If your country or city is not on the list, or if your location is not a commonly deliverable location by postal services, please contact us. Economy tracking may be limited if broker is involved.​
 

Orders are typically packed within 1 working day. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore Public holidays. Please expect a longer lead time for larger or custom orders. You may consider contacting us if you are placing a large orders or if you wish to check your estimated packing or delivery duration. 

NOTE: We may change your delivery method without prior notice. No extra charge / reduction in fees will be made in the event of a change in delivery method. This is to ensure that you can receive your parcel at the earliest possible date as we outsource the deliveries to an available 3rd party courier. Should there be a change in fees, we will contact you in advance before sending out the order. Please ensure to remain contactable via the email or contact number which you have provided to ensure smooth shipment.
